We are followers of Fred Reichheld, world leader in client loyalty and satisfaction and author of the Ultimate Question. Reichheld writes that successful companies must deliver a superior client experience for which their customers will give them a Promoter score of a 9 or 10 when asked the Ultimate Question – “How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?”
In our efforts to achieve a Promoter score, we support you in implementation and maintenance of Client Roadmap.
Initially, we help you in a one-on-one session to brand Client Roadmap and set up your first client. By doing so we are able to provide hands-on training for a successful launch.
Then, we conduct daily “drop-in” sessions of 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of people who attend. These sessions run from 3:00 until 4:00 EST five days per week, depending on holiday and travel schedules. During these sessions, we will work with you and others who attend to help overcome any problems you encounter. We will also discuss matters relating to client relationship management or anything relating to Client Roadmap. The first three sessions are included in your Client Roadmap subscription. Unlimited access to these meetings is available for a $100 annual fee.
